This is a targeted safety notice for the proper and safe use of glasses. Due to the fragility of the material, risk of breakage, thermal shocks, and the possibility of burns from hot beverages, it is essential to follow the instructions below to prevent injuries and damage. This notice is issued based on the requirements of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on General Product Safety (hereinafter referred to as "GPSR").

Basic Safety and Handling Principles

• Keep out of reach of children: There is a risk of cuts from breakage and injuries from sharp shards.
• Inspection before use: Do not use cracked, chipped, or otherwise damaged glasses.
• Stability: Place glasses on a flat, non-slip surface; do not handle above other people’s heads.
• Heat and thermal shocks: Pour hot beverages only into models designed for this purpose; avoid sudden temperature changes.

Proper and Safe Use

• Use as intended: Intended for serving beverages as described by the product (cold/hot).
• Improper use: Do not place in microwave ovens or freezers unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer; do not forcefully nest glasses deeply inside each other.
• Safe environment: Do not place glasses on the edge of tables or shelves; carry slowly and with a firm grip.

Cleaning, Maintenance, and Storage

• Cleaning: Clean according to the material; avoid abrasive sponges and aggressive cleaners that may cause micro-scratches.
• Dishwasher: Only place models indicated as suitable; position glasses stably to prevent them from hitting each other.
• Storage: Store upright and spaced apart; protect thin-walled and decorated glasses from impact.

Specific Health Warnings

• Food contact: Use only products suitable for food contact; if unusual odor or discoloration occurs, do not serve the beverage and replace the glass.
• Burns and scalds: Handle hot beverages carefully; do not overfill the glass and do not drink while walking.

Disposal

• Safe disposal: Carefully wrap broken glass in sturdy material and dispose of according to local glass collection regulations.

Incidents and Contact

• In case of an incident (cut, burn, breakage), immediately stop using the product. Keep the product and proof of purchase for filing a complaint.
